# Panda Kitchen vs Shipley Do

The clearest difference is rating: Panda Kitchen at 5.0 against Shipley Do's 4.3. Panda Kitchen also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Shipley Do's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 22 months) and ratings volume (1K vs 4). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Panda Kitchen holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shipley Do has 1K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Panda Kitchen ships an update every 22 months, Shipley Do every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
