# GhostGuard vs Turbo Fast

The clearest difference is monetization model: Turbo Fast at free with in-app purchases against GhostGuard's subscription. Turbo Fast also leads on update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks). GhostGuard's advantage is review sentiment (82% vs 50%) and ratings volume (986 vs 153). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GhostGuard sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Turbo Fast sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for GhostGuard against 4.6 for Turbo Fast. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GhostGuard has 986 ratings behind it against 153, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 82% of GhostGuard's written reviews are positive against 50% of Turbo Fast's.

GhostGuard ships an update every 6 weeks, Turbo Fast every 9 days. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
