# Hyrule Compendium vs Baddger

The clearest difference is update cadence: Baddger at every 5 days against Hyrule Compendium's fortnightly. Hyrule Compendium's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Hyrule Compendium sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Baddger sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hyrule Compendium ships an update fortnightly, Baddger every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
