# Moooby vs KicKic

The clearest difference is rating: Moooby at 2.6 against KicKic's 1.0. Moooby also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 13 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Moooby sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and KicKic sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Moooby holds the better App Store score, 2.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Moooby has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Moooby ships an update every 3 weeks, KicKic every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
