# Moooby vs Buzzing

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Buzzing at 100% against Moooby's 17%. Buzzing also leads on iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Moooby's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 7 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Moooby sells 5 one-off in-app purchases and Buzzing sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Moooby ships an update every 3 weeks, Buzzing every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
