# Widget Pro Theme vs Themee

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Widget Pro Theme at 100% against Themee's 50%. Themee's advantage is rating (4.2 vs 2.8) and in-app purchases (none vs 2). On price, update cadence, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Widget Pro Theme sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days. Themee asks for nothing beyond the download.

Themee holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 2.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Themee has 36 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Widget Pro Theme's written reviews are positive against 50% of Themee's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Widget Pro Theme ships an update every 2 weeks, Themee every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 17, 2026 and September 18, 2026 respectively.
