# LaIM vs ProdigyLink

The clearest difference is rating: LaIM at 4.0 against ProdigyLink's 1.5. LaIM also leads on update cadence (monthly vs every 11 months) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). ProdigyLink's advantage is ratings volume (13 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

LaIM holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ProdigyLink has 13 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

LaIM ships an update monthly, ProdigyLink every 11 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
