# Screen Recorder vs Screen Recorder ®

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Screen Recorder ® at 80% against Screen Recorder's 23%. Screen Recorder ® also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.2) and ads (none vs shown). Screen Recorder's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.0). On price, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Screen Recorder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days and Screen Recorder ® sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
