# Relias Learner vs Yardi Aspire

The clearest difference is rating: Yardi Aspire at 4.6 against Relias Learner's 2.6. Relias Learner's advantage is ratings volume (225 vs 13) and chart position (#134 vs unranked). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Yardi Aspire holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Relias Learner has 225 ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 5% of Relias Learner's written reviews are positive against 0% of Yardi Aspire's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Relias Learner ships an update monthly, Yardi Aspire every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
