# Pro Camera vs HDR Diagnostics

The clearest difference is rating: HDR Diagnostics at 5.0 against Pro Camera's 4.4. HDR Diagnostics also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 3) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 18.0). Pro Camera's advantage is ratings volume (999 vs 5). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pro Camera sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per year. HDR Diagnostics asks for nothing beyond the download.

HDR Diagnostics holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pro Camera has 999 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
