# WatchsApp vs Brocast

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Brocast at 100% against WatchsApp's 43%. Brocast also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 12) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). WatchsApp's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (35K vs 1). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WatchsApp sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 6 months. Brocast asks for nothing beyond the download.

Brocast holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WatchsApp has 35K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 43% of WatchsApp's written reviews are positive against 100% of Brocast's.

WatchsApp ships an update every 9 days, Brocast every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
