# Security VPM Master vs Anycast VPN

The clearest difference is rating: Anycast VPN at 4.2 against Security VPM Master's 3.3. Anycast VPN also leads on ratings volume (311 vs 23). Security VPM Master's advantage is monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Security VPM Master sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.99 per month and Anycast VPN sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Anycast VPN holds the better App Store score, 4.2 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Anycast VPN has 311 ratings behind it against 23, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Security VPM Master's written reviews are positive against 74% of Anycast VPN's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Security VPM Master ships an update monthly, Anycast VPN every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
