# CATS Schedule vs Express Pass

The clearest difference is rating: Express Pass at 5.0 against CATS Schedule's 2.6. Express Pass also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). CATS Schedule's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. CATS Schedule sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Express Pass asks for nothing beyond the download.

Express Pass holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CATS Schedule has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

CATS Schedule ships an update every 2 weeks, Express Pass every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
