# Katapulk vs Cuba Provider

Katapulk and Cuba Provider both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Cuba Provider's written reviews are positive against 57% of Katapulk's. Katapulk's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and ratings volume (7.9K vs 7). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Katapulk against 4.9 for Cuba Provider. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Katapulk has 7.9K ratings behind it against 7, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 57% of Katapulk's written reviews are positive against 100% of Cuba Provider's.

Katapulk ships an update every 3 weeks, Cuba Provider every 5 months. Both last shipped on October 25, 2026.
