# MD Widgets vs Bias Widgets

The clearest difference is rating: Bias Widgets at 5.0 against MD Widgets's 4.4. Bias Widgets also leads on monetization model (freemium vs subscription) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 11 days). MD Widgets's advantage is ratings volume (6.4K vs 3) and chart position (#83 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. MD Widgets sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Bias Widgets sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bias Widgets holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MD Widgets has 6.4K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MD Widgets ships an update every 11 days, Bias Widgets every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
