# Vive Live vs BodyFlex

The clearest difference is rating: Vive Live at 5.0 against BodyFlex's 4.0. Vive Live also leads on update cadence (every 3 days vs every 7 months) and ratings volume (7 vs 1). BodyFlex's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Vive Live sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $8.49 per month and BodyFlex sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Vive Live holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Vive Live has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Vive Live ships an update every 3 days, BodyFlex every 7 months. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
