# INSIDEFIT vs + Fuerte

The clearest difference is update cadence: + Fuerte at every 2 months against INSIDEFIT's every 21 months. INSIDEFIT's advantage is iOS requirement (12.0.0 vs 15.1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

INSIDEFIT ships an update every 21 months, + Fuerte every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
