# IONITY vs EVDC

The clearest difference is rating: IONITY at 4.5 against EVDC's 4.3. IONITY also leads on ratings volume (147 vs 28). EVDC's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

IONITY holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: IONITY has 147 ratings behind it against 28, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 44% of IONITY's written reviews are positive against 40% of EVDC's.

IONITY ships an update fortnightly, EVDC every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 14, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
