# Three Hoops vs Puzzles on the Go!

The clearest difference is rating: Puzzles on the Go! at 5.0 against Three Hoops's 4.3. Three Hoops's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Three Hoops sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Puzzles on the Go! sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Puzzles on the Go! holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Three Hoops has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Three Hoops ships an update every 4 days, Puzzles on the Go! fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
