# Grata vs Gift List

The clearest difference is rating: Gift List at 5.0 against Grata's 4.4. Gift List also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Grata's advantage is ratings volume (435 vs 2) and update cadence (every 6 days vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gift List holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Grata has 435 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Grata ships an update every 6 days, Gift List fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
