# Ask Coach! vs Proply

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Ask Coach! at 100% against Proply's 44%. Ask Coach! also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4). Proply's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 weeks) and ratings volume (48 vs 5). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
