# 4APP Sports vs SidelineCount

The clearest difference is update cadence: SidelineCount at every 4 days against 4APP Sports's every 3 weeks. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 4APP Sports sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and SidelineCount sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

4APP Sports ships an update every 3 weeks, SidelineCount every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 9, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
