# Foxtail Coffee vs Dinners Decided

The clearest difference is rating: Foxtail Coffee at 4.8 against Dinners Decided's 4.0. Foxtail Coffee also leads on ratings volume (7.8K vs 4). Dinners Decided's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Foxtail Coffee holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Foxtail Coffee has 7.8K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Foxtail Coffee's written reviews are positive against 50% of Dinners Decided's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Foxtail Coffee ships an update every 2 weeks, Dinners Decided every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 25, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
