# SteerEST vs TV Game Controller

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TV Game Controller at none against SteerEST's 1. SteerEST's advantage is update cadence (every 9 days vs every 2 months) and iOS requirement (12 vs 15.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SteerEST sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TV Game Controller asks for nothing beyond the download.

SteerEST ships an update every 9 days, TV Game Controller every 2 months. Both last shipped on October 10, 2026.
