# SECURON vs MyAlarm Pro

The clearest difference is update cadence: SECURON at every 3 weeks against MyAlarm Pro's every 3 months. MyAlarm Pro's advantage is iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

SECURON ships an update every 3 weeks, MyAlarm Pro every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 5, 2026.
