# Alien Survivors vs Wizard Legacy

The clearest difference is update cadence: Wizard Legacy at weekly against Alien Survivors's monthly. Alien Survivors's advantage is ratings volume (134 vs 20). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Alien Survivors sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Wizard Legacy sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.5 for Alien Survivors against 4.4 for Wizard Legacy. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Alien Survivors has 134 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Alien Survivors ships an update monthly, Wizard Legacy weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
