The clearest difference is rating: ICBC Knowledge Test Prep at 4.9 against Driving Test Routes's 4.0. ICBC Knowledge Test Prep also leads on device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 16.0). Driving Test Routes's advantage is review sentiment (74% vs 53%) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Both are free to download. Driving Test Routes sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month and ICBC Knowledge Test Prep sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
