# GET Mobile ID vs Launch Car Wash

The clearest difference is rating: GET Mobile ID at 4.7 against Launch Car Wash's 3.5. GET Mobile ID also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 23 months) and ratings volume (6.1K vs 8). Launch Car Wash's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and review sentiment (50% vs 17%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. GET Mobile ID sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per year. Launch Car Wash asks for nothing beyond the download.

GET Mobile ID holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GET Mobile ID has 6.1K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of GET Mobile ID's written reviews are positive against 50% of Launch Car Wash's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

GET Mobile ID ships an update every 2 months, Launch Car Wash every 23 months. Both last shipped on November 3, 2026.
