# Nerdish vs Kinnu

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Nerdish at 2.7K against Kinnu's 1. Nerdish also leads on chart position (#35 vs unranked) and update cadence (every 5 days vs every 11 days). Kinnu's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and review sentiment (75% vs 60%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Nerdish sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Kinnu sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.00 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Kinnu holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Nerdish has 2.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 60% of Nerdish's written reviews are positive against 75% of Kinnu's.

Nerdish ships an update every 5 days, Kinnu every 11 days. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 8, 2026 respectively.
