# ecostop vs Swiss Post

The clearest difference is rating: Swiss Post at 4.0 against ecostop's 1.0. Swiss Post also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). ecostop's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (33% vs 0%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Swiss Post holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Swiss Post has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of ecostop's written reviews are positive against 0% of Swiss Post's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

ecostop ships an update every 6 months, Swiss Post every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 9, 2026.
