# KoreanSSam vs Avocards

The clearest difference is review sentiment: KoreanSSam at 93% against Avocards's 30%. Avocards's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 2.3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KoreanSSam sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and Avocards sells 13 in-app purchases, starting at $4.49 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Avocards holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Avocards has 100 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of KoreanSSam's written reviews are positive against 30% of Avocards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

KoreanSSam ships an update every 3 weeks, Avocards every 6 days. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
