# KoreanSSam vs BBrain

The clearest difference is review sentiment: KoreanSSam at 93% against BBrain's 50%. BBrain's advantage is rating (3.0 vs 2.3) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. KoreanSSam sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $7.99 per month and BBrain sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

BBrain holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: BBrain has 27 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 93% of KoreanSSam's written reviews are positive against 50% of BBrain's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

KoreanSSam ships an update every 3 weeks, BBrain every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and September 2, 2026 respectively.
