# Super Simple Scoreboard vs Huck

The clearest difference is update cadence: Huck at every 6 weeks against Super Simple Scoreboard's every 21 months. Huck also leads on review sentiment (60% vs 33%). Super Simple Scoreboard's advantage is rating (4.3 vs 4.0) and device support (5 vs 3). On price, ratings volume, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Super Simple Scoreboard sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Huck sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Super Simple Scoreboard holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 4.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Super Simple Scoreboard's written reviews are positive against 60% of Huck's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Super Simple Scoreboard ships an update every 21 months, Huck every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
