# Pomodoro Timer vs BidCheck

The clearest difference is ads: BidCheck at none against Pomodoro Timer's shown. BidCheck also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months). On price, in-app purchases, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pomodoro Timer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per 7 days and BidCheck sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $29.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Pomodoro Timer ships an update every 3 months, BidCheck every 4 days. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
