# Shared Note Widgets vs Reminder Notes Widget

The clearest difference is rating: Reminder Notes Widget at 4.3 against Shared Note Widgets's 1.0. Reminder Notes Widget also leads on ratings volume (37 vs 1). Shared Note Widgets's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 20%) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 26.0). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Reminder Notes Widget holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Reminder Notes Widget has 37 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Shared Note Widgets's written reviews are positive against 20% of Reminder Notes Widget's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 5, 2026 and October 3, 2026 respectively.
