# DailyBean vs Countdown Widget

DailyBean and Countdown Widget both sit at 4.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 86% of DailyBean's written reviews are positive against 50% of Countdown Widget's. DailyBean also leads on ratings volume (71K vs 5) and device support (3 vs 1). Countdown Widget's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, rating, update cadence and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DailyBean sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month and Countdown Widget sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for DailyBean against 4.8 for Countdown Widget.
