# memoryOS vs Mindsnap

The clearest difference is ads: memoryOS at none against Mindsnap's shown. memoryOS also leads on review sentiment (80% vs 48%) and rating (4.9 vs 4.6). Mindsnap's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. memoryOS sells 23 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Mindsnap sells 12 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

memoryOS holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6.
