# Klyx vs Text Dungeon

The clearest difference is device support: Klyx at 3 against Text Dungeon's 1. Klyx also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Klyx sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Text Dungeon sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Klyx ships an update fortnightly, Text Dungeon weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 5, 2026 respectively.
