# Super Hero! vs Gold Hand

The clearest difference is rating: Gold Hand at 3.9 against Super Hero!'s 3.0. Gold Hand also leads on ratings volume (126 vs 2). Super Hero!'s advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Gold Hand holds the better App Store score, 3.9 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gold Hand has 126 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Super Hero!'s written reviews are positive against 46% of Gold Hand's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Super Hero! ships an update every 2 weeks, Gold Hand every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 4, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
