# Gravity Noodle vs Wriggly Snake

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Wriggly Snake at none against Gravity Noodle's 1. Gravity Noodle's advantage is rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 13 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gravity Noodle sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Wriggly Snake asks for nothing beyond the download.

Gravity Noodle holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Gravity Noodle has 16K ratings behind it against 39, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 34% of Gravity Noodle's written reviews are positive against 40% of Wriggly Snake's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Gravity Noodle ships an update every 2 weeks, Wriggly Snake every 13 months. The most recent releases landed on October 30, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
