# Cipher VPN vs Safe Security App

The clearest difference is rating: Safe Security App at 4.4 against Cipher VPN's 3.8. Safe Security App also leads on ratings volume (5.3K vs 845). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.
