# Staticphone Plus vs Caddy

The clearest difference is rating: Caddy at 4.8 against Staticphone Plus's 4.2. Caddy also leads on ratings volume (1.7K vs 5). Staticphone Plus's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.6). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Staticphone Plus sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Caddy sells 8 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Caddy holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Caddy has 1.7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Staticphone Plus's written reviews are positive against 93% of Caddy's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
