Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: My Jump Lab at 59% against ActivForce's 17%. My Jump Lab also leads on ratings volume (255 vs 5). ActivForce's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 3) and rating (4.8 vs 4.6). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. My Jump Lab sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. ActivForce asks for nothing beyond the download.
ActivForce holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: My Jump Lab has 255 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of My Jump Lab's written reviews are positive against 17% of ActivForce's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 7, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
