# PrayPal+ vs Stratus HR

The clearest difference is rating: Stratus HR at 4.8 against PrayPal+'s 3.7. Stratus HR also leads on ratings volume (9 vs 3) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.1). PrayPal+'s advantage is review sentiment (75% vs 50%) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Stratus HR holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.7. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 3 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of PrayPal+'s written reviews are positive against 50% of Stratus HR's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PrayPal+ ships an update weekly, Stratus HR every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 23, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
