# Pastest vs TTE PoCUS Simulator

The clearest difference is monetization model: TTE PoCUS Simulator at free with in-app purchases against Pastest's subscription. TTE PoCUS Simulator also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5) and review sentiment (50% vs 29%). Pastest's advantage is ratings volume (69 vs 1) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pastest sells 53 one-off in-app purchases and TTE PoCUS Simulator sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TTE PoCUS Simulator holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Pastest has 69 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 29% of Pastest's written reviews are positive against 50% of TTE PoCUS Simulator's.

Pastest ships an update every 3 weeks, TTE PoCUS Simulator every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and September 24, 2026 respectively.
