# PropertyMe vs LMCT+

PropertyMe and LMCT+ both sit at 5.0 stars, but that hides the real split: 94% of LMCT+'s written reviews are positive against 19% of PropertyMe's. LMCT+ also leads on ratings volume (17K vs 1). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PropertyMe holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LMCT+ has 17K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 19% of PropertyMe's written reviews are positive against 94% of LMCT+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

PropertyMe ships an update monthly, LMCT+ fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
