# ISC2 Official Exam Prep vs CISSP Practice Test

The clearest difference is update cadence: ISC2 Official Exam Prep at every 3 weeks against CISSP Practice Test's every 6 weeks. CISSP Practice Test's advantage is iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ISC2 Official Exam Prep sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days and CISSP Practice Test sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

ISC2 Official Exam Prep ships an update every 3 weeks, CISSP Practice Test every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
