# SmartLabels vs Before You Scroll

The clearest difference is ratings volume: SmartLabels at 2.7K against Before You Scroll's 3. SmartLabels also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 26.2). Before You Scroll's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 92%). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SmartLabels sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $11.95 per year and Before You Scroll sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for SmartLabels against 5.0 for Before You Scroll. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SmartLabels has 2.7K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two.
