# Altel.kz vs eResidency

The clearest difference is rating: Altel.kz at 4.7 against eResidency's 2.0. Altel.kz also leads on ratings volume (359 vs 21). eResidency's advantage is review sentiment (27% vs 13%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Altel.kz holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Altel.kz has 359 ratings behind it against 21, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of Altel.kz's written reviews are positive against 27% of eResidency's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Altel.kz ships an update fortnightly, eResidency every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 30, 2026.
