# Save the Town! vs Alien Hunter 2D

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Save the Town! at 5.6K against Alien Hunter 2D's 13. Save the Town! also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.3). Alien Hunter 2D's advantage is review sentiment (91% vs 75%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Save the Town! sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Alien Hunter 2D sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Save the Town! holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Save the Town! has 5.6K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 75% of Save the Town!'s written reviews are positive against 91% of Alien Hunter 2D's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
